Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Jan. 6-8, 2012:

• Quince F. Patterson, 35, for negotiating a worthless instrument, failure to pay child support and contempt of court and held without bond.

• Caressa Bozeman, 45, for manufacturing I, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $320,000 bond.

• Bobby M. Robertson, 40, for manufacturing I, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $320,000 bond.

• Houston Kervin, 24, for criminal trespass III, harassment and two counts of assault III and held on a $12,000 bond.

• David Mazi, 20, for theft of property II and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Billy Joe Powell, 27, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Curtis Creech, 52, for being a pedestrian under the influence and placed on hold for another agency and held without bond.

• Latoyia S. Miller, 30, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Billy Davis Cook II, 34, for failure to appear and held on a $477 bond.

• Derek Garmany, 19, for minor in possession of alcohol and held on a $500 bond.

• Christopher Lucal, 42, for driving under the influence and attempting to elude and held on a $10,500 bond.
