• Donnie Ray Phillips Jr., 26, for fugitive from justice, and held without bond.

• Patrick Josh Hall, 31, on grand jury indictment and held on $31,000 bond.

• Jason, S. Baxter, 28, for failure to appear, attempting to elude and resisting arrest and held on $1,000 bond.

• James T. Bailey, 31, for three counts of negotiating worthless instrument and held without bond.

• Scott Wilson Young, 28, for probation revocation and held without bond.

• Marilyn Griffin, 24, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Glenn Ray Brazier, 46, for driving under influence and held on $1,000 bond.

• Chadwick Jay Cook, 29, for driving under influence and held on $7,500 bond.
