The Covington Arts Council will present “The Queen of Bingo” on Sun., Jan. 22, said CAC director Paula Harr.
Originally scheduled for Jan. 29, the show will bring the tale of two sisters on the other side of 50, who find a little fun and excitement at the local bingo game.
“We had to move the show because the actors have an opportunity to audition for something in Hollywood on the weekend they were scheduled to come to Andalusia, so how could we say no?” Harr said.
Curtain time is 2 p.m. at the Dixon Center for the Performing Arts.
Tickets are available at Ansley Place, Brooks Hardware, Young’s Florist in Opp and Pharmacare in Florala. Cost is $15 for adults in advance, $18 at the door, and $10 for children.
