Come help support Miss Covington County Ander Helms in the state competition for the Distinguished Young Woman Program, formerly known as the Junior Miss Program.

Tickets are on sale for the performance, where goers will watch as Helms represents the county in three areas of competition – self-expression and poise, physical fitness and talent. She will also be judged based on her scholastics and personal interview.

The performance will held on Jan. 20 at 7 p.m. and on Jan. 21 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Cost is $55, and there are approximately 40 seats reserved for local residents. To purchase, call the Helms family at 334-353-5354 or 334-353-0635.

Individual tickets will be on sale at the door; however, seating in the county’s section may not be available at the time.
