Gatlin, 105, to speak at CHS

The Covington Historical Society will meet at 7 tonight, Thurs., Jan. 26, in the Dixon Memorial Room of the Andalusia Public Library.
Agnes Chandler Gatlin, who is 105, will present a program on her early remembrances of Andalusia.
Jarod Boutwell, activities director at Savannah Terrace, said Mrs. Gatlin’s energy and enthusiasm and memory of days gone by is amazing.
John Sherf is the organization’s new president.
