Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Feb. 1, 2012:

• Frankie Owens, 31, for two counts of distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and theft of property II and an order of arrest and held without bond.

• Alphene Brown III, 38, for driving under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Frances E. Null, 38, for theft of property II and held on a $10,000 bond.

• J.B. McPherson, 28, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Marcus Edwards, 33, for failure to appear and held on a $500 cash bond.

• Timothy P. Turner, 46, on hold for another agency and held without bond.
