This is an exciting time for the Andalusia Civitan Rodeo.

The 2012 Civitan Rodeo pageant winners were recently crowned and are (top, left to right, back) Destiny Childers, Danielle Kyser, Janey Smitherman, (front) Kingston Mixson, Zadie Mixson and and Victoria Ainsworth.

The Andalusia Civitan Club also received recognition from the Professional Cowboy Association as the ‘Best Rodeo in 2011’ for their 24th annual Civitan Rodeo. The award was presented at the PCA National Finals held in Biloxi, Miss., and accepted by Civitan Vice President Chalea Tisdale. The plaque was presented at a recent meeting. The 25th annual Andalusia Civitan Rodeo will be held Feb. 23, 24 and 25 at the Covington Center Arena.
