Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Feb. 8, 2012:

• Jody Henderson, 40, for third-degree domestic violence and held on $3,000 bond.

• Richard Junior Wells, 44, on municipal court order.

• Brandon Montgomery, 27, back for court, third-degree burglary, first-degree theft and held on $30,000 bond.

• Monica Lynn Gorum, 22, bondsman off bond on grand jury indictment and held on $40,000 bond.

• Derrick Fitzpatrick, 42, for four counts of failure to appear.

• Christopher Holmes, 29, bondsman off bond.

• Germain M. Williams, 38, for failure to appear and held on $304 bond.
