• Toni L. Webb, 47, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Carley Black, 19, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Charles M. Beasley, age unknown, for possession of marijuana I and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $103,00 bond.

• Clinton S. Teasley, 20, for domestic violence III, possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,500 bond.
