CLARA MAE CLARK

Clara Mae Clark, 88, of the Babbie Community, formerly of the Mt. Pisgah Community, passed away Tues., March 6, 2012 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Fri., March 9, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Boles officiating and special music by Pat Kelley. Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 tonight at Keahey Funeral Home.

Survivors include two sons, Ed Matthew (Irma Cross) Clark of Chancellor and Carl (Debra) Clark; daughter, Faye Henderson, all of Andalusia; six grandchildren; Jennifer (Alan) Sanders, Carl Clark Jr., Matt Clark, Lee (Blake) Powell, B. J. Clark and Candace (John) Pelham; and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Clark, who passed away in 2000.

Serving as pallbearers will be Carl Clark Jr., Lee Powell, Alan Sanders, James Kelley, Rusty Craig and Cecil Morgan.

 

JAMES RAYFORD MANCIL

James Rayford Mancil, 66, of Andalusia, died Mon., March 5, 2012, at his residence.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wed., March 7, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Morgan officiating, and burial following in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Mancil; son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Linda Mancil, all of Andalusia; daughter, Alicia Hope Jernigan and Randy Anderson of Opp; grandchildren, Austin LeWayne Jernigan, Jessica Hope Jernigan, Laklyn Montana Jernigan, James Nathaniel Mancil and Abigayle Darcy Mancil; four sisters, Ruth Fleming of Kinston, Dolly Whitington of Opp, Susie Dewrell of Andalusia and Libby Bozeman of Opp; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Austin Jernigan, Keith Bozeman, Kenny Ray Bozeman, Nathan Mancil, Gage Wells, Chris Mancil, Carl Kirkland and John Jernigan.

Honorary pallbearers were Randy Anderson and Rod Carter.
