Phillip Michael Jordan’s jumping skills have landed him in hot water with local law enforcement.
However, unlike the other famous Jordan, officers are now searching for the 22-year-old Andalusia resident after he allegedly jumped through a glass window to escape arrest.
Chief Deputy David Anderson said deputies traveled to Jordan’s Kayla Lane home and attempted to serve him with a felony violation of probation warrant.
“When deputies approached (Jordan) in a back room of the mobile home, he jumped through a glass window and ran into the woods in the area of APAC Road,” Anderson said. “Deputies along with officers from Andalusia Police Department, the Alabama State Troopers and (Alabama Beverage Control Board), along with APD’s K-9 assisted the area; however, he has not yet been apprehended.”
Anderson said Jordan is described as a 5-foot-10-inch, white male, weighing approximately 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 334-428-2640 or 334-427-4911.
