Opp City Schools received an unqualified opinion on its audit report for the last fiscal year.

Brian Free, with Carr, Riggs and Ingram LLC, presented the independent auditor’s report on financial statements for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2011, at Wednesday’s board meeting.

The unqualified opinion is the best possible audit opinion available, officials said.
