Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

Wed., May 9, 2012:

• Julie Brown, 34 for four counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, and held on a $12,000 bond.

• Wiley J. Griffin, 40, for failure to appear and held on a $1,343.30 bond.

• Kenneth Harris, 28, for grand jury indictment and held on a $50,000 bond.

• Ricardo Perez, 39, for manufacturing I, trafficking, possession of marijuana II and possession of a drug paraphernalia and held on $790,000 bond and no bond.

• Timothy E. Townsend, 41, for possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing I, possession of marijuana II, drug trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $940,000 and no bond.
