SARAH VONCILE COX

Sarah Voncile Cox, 90, of Red Level, died Tues., May 22, 2012, in the Andalusia Manor.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., today, Wed., May 23, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Knowles officiating and interment following in New Home Cemetery near McKenzie.

Visitation will begin at noon at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Wilton and Pam Cox, Jack and Patsy Cox of Andalusia, and Patricia Cox of Red Level; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn Cox and Ronald Williamson of Andalusia; grandchildren, Rodney Cox, Traci Cox Wallace, Tony Cox, Jacob Cox, Danny Cox, Angie Cox, Joshua Williamson, Amanda Bradley, Janie Short and Jay Cox; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Evella and Marion Thompson, her husband, Ralph Cox, and son, Waylon Cox.

AUTREY ALTON BASS

Autrey Alto Bass, 84, of Andalusia, died Sun., May 20, 2012, at his residence.

Funeral services were held Tues., May 22, at the Shady Hill Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Tony Orso officiating, and burial following in the church cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mavis Bass of Andalusia; his daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Marvin Hicks of Andalusia and Beth and Thomas Holland of Gantt; his sons and daughter-in-law, Adam Autrey Bass and Eric William and Tammy Bass of Andalusia; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Esther Wise of Florala.

Pallbearers were Lloyd Smith, Fletcher Spicer, Wayne Bass, Robert Douglas, Lewis Bass and Randy Bass.
