• Debra Ward, 45, for two counts of obstruction and violation of probation and held without bond.

• Capricia Parker, 38, for obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Jameka Ward, 30, for eight counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Michael S. Ward, 23, for two counts of distribution, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. He was held without bond.

• James A. Stallworth, 21, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation. He was held without bond.

• Terrance M. Salter, 27, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of probation and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Daryl Douglas, 45, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.
