Calling all men who love to sing – there will be a volunteer citywide men’s chorus to perform at the city’s annual July 4 celebration.

“We will have three rehearsals,” said Dwight Crigger, who will lead the group.

Rehearsals will be tomorrow, Sun., June 3, June 10 and June 24 at 4 p.m. at the First Baptist Church choir room.

John Beasley will play the piano, Crigger said.

“It’s fully patriotic and we’ll sing things like ‘God Bless America’ and we’ll do a salute to the Armed Forces,” he said.
