• Mallory Ann Davis, 23, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• James Leroy Franklin, 37, for two counts of domestic violence III and held on a $6,000 bond.

• Yolanda Byrd, 26, for three counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $9,000 bond.

• Joseph P. Cender, 33, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Gilbert B. Shaw, 56, public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $16,000 bond.

• Loomis E. Jones, 50, for violation of probation and held without bond.
