Tickets are on sale now for the annual Mizell Memorial Hospital Foundation’s gala.

The event, which raises money to help fund the Mizell Wellness Center, is slated for Aug. 9 at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Center on Whaley Street.

Tickets are $50 for individuals and $40 is tax deductible.

Reserved tables are available for six and 10 while they last.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. and the menu will include the traditional prime rib.

Comedian Bob Stromberg will be the entertainment for the event.

Donations are also needed for the event.
