The Andalusia Rotary Club met Tuesday at the Wilbur Williams Law Enforcement Training Facility. Chief Wilbur Williams, also a Rotarian, told club members that classes have been offered in meth lab processing, highway drug interdiction, haz mat certification, proper procedures, sex crimes investigation, and homicide investigations, among others. Most classes have 20 to 30 participants, and by having officers from regional departments come here and pay a fee for the training, it can be offered at much lesser cost to local law enforcement officers.
