Tri-County and Flomaton have dropped out of the 12U All-Star district baseball tournament in Brewton, that was slated to begin today, according to a report from The Brewton Standard.

The tournament will begin tonight at 6, where East Brewton and Opp will play each other. Following the 6 p.m. game, Brewton and Evergreen will play at 8.

Andalusia and Covington County, the other two teams in the tournament, have a first-round by and will play each other on Saturday at noon.

Andalusia and Covington County were originally scheduled to play Tri-County and Flomaton today.

The semifinals are slated for 2 p.m. on Sunday. The championship is at 6 p.m. on Monday.

The loser’s bracket championship is set for 6 p.m. on Sunday.
