• Xanathe L. Harper, 46, for failure to appear and theft of property III and held on a $1,274 cash bond.

• Tamothy Denmon, 26, for 20 counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $60,000 bond.

• Samantha Brown, 25, for theft of property III and held on a $500 bond.

• Sara Patterson, 32, for chemical endangerment of a child and two counts of reckless endangerment and held on a $200,000 bond.

• Henry T. Hines, 40, for domestic violence III and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Lewis M. Whitehurst, 26, for manufacturing I, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $213,000 bond.

• Michael Kennedy, 32, or manufacturing I, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $213,000 bond.
