• Reyona Waters, 46, for four counts of reckless endangerment and driving while under the influence and held on a $5,000 bond.

• Susan Petrey, 38, for two counts of reckless endangerment and obstruction of government operations and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Alex Lee Peters, 31, for four counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Jackie Cook, 23, for manufacturing II, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $270,000 bond.

• Timothy Worley, 38, for manufacturing II, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $270,000 bond.

• Ronnie Lee Norris, 49, for manufacturing II, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $270,000 bond.

• Randall Wilkerson, 28, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Danielle Smith, 33, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Mathew A. Harp, 32, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Millard Perdue, 42, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.
