Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office –

including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments July 9, 2012:

• Kenneth D. Harrison, 43, on hold for investigation and held without bond.

• David Arthur EverHart, 39, for domestic violence III and held on a $500 bond.

• Terrance Henderson, 19, for theft of property II and burglary III and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Olan M. McGee, 19, for attempting to elude and held on a $500 bond.

• Melissa Duley, 38, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Marvin John Paluch, 50, for failure to pay and held without bond.

• Jeremy Jamal Thomas, 22, for driving under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

Correction: In Tuesday’s edition of For the Record it stated that Emily Henderson was arrested for driving under the influence. She was actually arrested for domestic violence. The Star-News apologizes for the mistake and is happy to set the record straight.
