Covington County’s 17-18 All-Stars finished in fourth place at the Babe Ruth Southeast Regional today in Alex City.

CC lost 7-5 to Southern Orlando, Fla., in the elimination bracket.

Getting off to a hot start, CC went 2-0 in its first two days of the tournament, suffering its first loss to Southern Granville, N.C. yesterday.

After CC’s win over Southern Granville, the local team beat Sylacauga 6-4 to advance further in the elimination bracket.
