• Chrystal B. Phares, 32, for failure to appear and giving false information to a law enforcement officer and held on a $1,352 cash bond.

• Antonio Hall, 27, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Jason M. Oglesby, 29, for a grand jury indictment and held on a $30,000 bond.

• James Lucky Joye, 33, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Jennifer Kohler, 28, for harassment and held on a $400 bond.

• James Lewis Hartjen, 54, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Charles Ray Lang, 47, for driving while under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond
