• Gerald D. Jackson, 28, for failure to pay child supp0ort and held without bond.

• Damon D. Magwood, 34, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $100,000 bond.

• Debra K. Beck, 22, for failure to appear and held on a $500 cash bond.

• Melanie D. Bell, 43, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Edward L. Street, 27, on hold for another agency.
