Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments Aug. 2, 2012:

• Paul David Folmar, 44, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Scott Wayne Rickett, 39, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Kyle Joseph Cleland, 19, for theft of property II and held on a $500 bond.

• Wayne G. Holland, 71, for 13 counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $39,000 bond.

• Preston Mobley Jr. 31, for two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $6,000 bond.

• Miranda Wilkins, 32, for failure to appear and held without bond.
