• Joshua S. Spenard, 21, for three counts of theft of property in the third degree and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Miranda Wilkius, 32, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Lacey Merrill, 22, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Shelia Farrow, 32, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Billy Joe Cordle, 41, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Janie Hanlan, 40, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication and held on a $14,000 bond.

• Cori Lawrence, 18, for minor in consumption and failure to appear and held on a $850 bond.

• Johnnie Redman, 45, for domestic violence III and held on a $500 bond.

• Michael Shelton Compton, 39, for harassment and held on a $500 bond.

• Shane G. McCart, 19, for minor in consumption and held on a $3,000 bond.
