The parents of Jessica M. Cooley announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter to Jason D. Hart.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Monroe Cooley Jr. and Martha and Jimmy Andrews of Andalusia. She is the maternal granddaughter of Ethel Hancock and the paternal granddaughter of Betty and Monroe Cooley Sr. and the late Nettie Cooley, all of Andalusia.

She is currently employed with the South Central Medical Center.

The prospective groom is the son of Diane and Ronnie Hart of Andalusia.

He is the maternal grandson of Cletus and Mary Maddox and the late Elmer “Tump” Trawick.

He is the paternal grandson of the late Betty and Billy Hart of Hartford, Ky.

He is currently employed with Diamond Offshore Drilling Inc.

The couple will wed on Sept. 8, 2012, at 6:30 p.m., at Springdale. All friends and family are invited.
