Gerald and Tonya Black may not decorate much for Christmas, but when it comes to Halloween, all witches’ hats are off. The Blacks moved to Andalusia from Washington State to be closer to family, who live in town. Gerald credits Tonya as the “chief designer” of their Halloween graveyard in front of their house on Sanford Road. Tonya said she doesn’t have all of her decorations out for Halloween, yet. The Blacks are originally from Mobile and are celebrating their second Halloween in Andalusia.
