• Michael J. Hughes, 29, for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Olivia Presley, 23, for domestic violence III and held on a $500 bond.

• Rico Phillips, 20, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Travis D. McLean, 37, for distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $100,000 bond.

• Aphrey B. Collis, 37, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Stephen Ainsworth, 28, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Sheba Thorn, 48, for possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $10,500 bond.

• Gywndol Draper, 59, for possession of marijuana I, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property I and held on a $270,000 bond.

• Roy P. Draper, 56, for possession of marijuana I, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property I and held on a $270,000 bond.
