Mary Emma Calhoun, 77, of Opp, passed away Thurs., Nov. 29, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced later by Keahey Funeral Home.

 

WILLIE MAE CASADY

Willie Mae Casady, 80, of Opp, died Wed., Nov. 21, 2012, at Mizell Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., today, Sat., Nov. 24, at Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Eugene Meadows and Bro. Carl Douglas officiating. Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens in Pensacola, Fla.

She is survived by her sisters, Alice Grantham, Allie V. Rabren and Mary Harwell, and her brother, Joel Suggs.

She was recently preceded in death by her husband, Glenn T. Casady.

The family requests the omission of flowers. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice in her honor.

HOWELLE H. PLANT

Howellene H. Plant, 85, of Andalusia, died Fri., Nov. 23, 2012, in Petal, Miss,

Funeral services were held Mon., Nov. 26, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Drexel Copeland and the Rev. Jeff Copeland officiating. Interment followed in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Ramona White of Hattiesburg, Miss., Marshall and Susan White of Decatur and Phillip and Lynn White of Tuscaloosa; her step-sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Sandy Plant of Marianna, Fla., and Tim and Vicki Plant of Tuscaloosa; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, John W. Everage of Birmingham.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, James Holley White and the Rev. Woodrow Plant.
