There were no fatalities in a Tuesday wreck that critically injured a Crestview, Fla., and sent a local man to the hospital.
Alabama State Trooper spokesman Kevin Cook said the collision occurred just before 1 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Hwy. 29 and Old Salem Church Road between a 2011 Ford and a 2009 Dodge pickup truck.
The driver of the Ford, 20-year-old Tanner Stephen Pratt, was airlifted from the scene to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola, Fla.
Gene Wiggins, 83, of Andalusia and the driver of the Dodge, was taken to Andalusia Regional Hospital and treated for his injuries, Cook said.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, he said.
