Dear Editor:

David G. Bronner’s essay suggesting that there is a need in Alabama to become modern strikes a chord. I agree. What is needed is a Constitutional Convention, and nothing short is that. We cannot continue patching a 1901 mishap. We need to return to square one and create a document that reflects the sense of the body politic and that means all of us. The weekend of the Fourth of July would be an ideal time to convene
