ALVIE T. AINSWORTH

Alvie T.  Ainsworth, 73, of Andalusia, died on Sun., Feb. 3, 2013, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., today, Wed., Feb. 6, at the First United Pentecostal Church in Andalusia with the Rev. Chester Watson officiating and interment following in Stone Lake Gardens with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his wife, Mickey Ainsworth of Andalusia; two sons and daughter-in-law, Alvie Christopher (Jessica Marie) Ainsworth of Loango and Joshua Lane Ainsworth of Andalusia; three daughters, Wanda (Wayne) Worrells of Andalusia, Melinda Ainsworth (Guy) Gafford of Honoraville and Bernice (Jerry) Haskew of Andalusia; four sisters, Cloree (Paul) Neal and Glinda Oikle, both of Andalusia, Joyce (Harry) Kinsey of Montgomery and Betty Ann Ainsworth, also of Andalusia; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alvie Lane Ainsworth; mothers, Mary Ainsworth and Annie Mae Ainsworth; sister, Ida Mae Scott; and brother, Arnold Hillard.

Pallbearers will be George Ainsworth, Aaron Lambert, Jerry Haskew, Michael Worrells, Jessie Barbarow and Richard Barbarow.

HIRAM SMITHART

Hiram Smithart, 82, of Red Level, passed away on Tues., Feb. 5, 2013, at is residence.

Funeral services will be held on 10 a.m., on Thurs., Feb. 7, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frankie McVay officiating. Special music will be provided by Gary Holloway. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held tonight at the funeral home from 5-7.

Survivors include his wife, Naomi Smithart of Red Level; children, Diane Dees of Late, Ron (Denise) Smithart of Red Level, Jimmy (Debbie) Smithart of Ransonville, N.Y., and Barbara (Gary) Holloway; brother, Kenneth Sweat; grandchildren, Andrea and Randall Jordan, Joey and Erin Caldwell, Jennifer and Jamie Maikranz, Janelle and Billy Grace, Nicole Smithart, Casey Smithart, Brandy and Matt Owens, Jamie Lynn Smithart, Justin and Shonda Smithart and Cheyenne Smithart; great-grandchildren, Jasmine Caldwell, Ethan Jordan, Ethan Jensson, Ronnie Smithart, Corey Jordan, McKayla and Aubrey Caldwell, Lexus Coon, Landen Caldwell and Olivia, Scarlett, Xander and Jaylen Shakespear.

Serving as pallbearers will be Casey Smithart, Justin Smithart, Billy Grace, Joey Caldwell, Tony Wells and Jamie Maikranz.

DONNA GAYLORD

Donna Gaylord, 90, of Red Level, passed away on Sun., Feb. 3, 2013, in the Andalusia hospital.

Funeral services were held on Tues., Feb. 5, at Pigeon Creek Baptist Church with Keahey Funeral Home directing and the Rev. Brent Cook and the Rev. Gary Holloway officiating. Interment followed in the Kervin Family Cemetery.

Survivors include her brother, Madison Doss Kervin of Grand Bay; sister-in-law, Olene Odom of Andalusia; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude O. Gaylord.
