Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments April 17, 2013:

• Grady Anthony Lee Sr., 55, for two counts of violating the Community Notification Act and held on a $20,000 bond.

• David Chad Wallace, 27, for contempt and held without bond.

• James V Gomillion II, 41, for two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $9,000 bond.

• Nathan Joe Littles, 52, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Candice E. McNeill, 21, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Dalton Brian McPherson, 21, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Lee Ann Rainey, 43, for harassment and held on a $400 bond.

• Joshua Schulman Berry, 29, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.

• Charlie Lee Chavis, 52, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.
