• Cora Mathews, 39, failure to appear and held without bond;

• Jimmy L. Harrell Jr., 22, failure to appear and held on a $400 bond;

• Tyler Mauer, 19, for minor in possession and held on a $3,000 bond;

• Christopher Jowers, 18, for minor in possession and held on a $3,000 bond;

• Keith Edward Clein, 43, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and held on a $13,000 bond;

• Duriel D. Sowell, 31, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana II and held on a $20,500 bond;

• Terry Lee Rhudy, 43, for public intoxication and held on a $3,000 bond; and

• Zachary Elias Morgan, 22, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $20,500 bond.
