THOMAS LEE BOLAN

Thomas Lee Bolan, born July 7, 1967, passed away May 29, 2013, in Baptist Hospital in Prattville at the age of 45.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., on Sat., June 1, at Cedar Grove Cemetery, with Curtis Thomasson officiating.

He is survived by his two sons, Robert and Tim Valentine; his mother, Sandra (Arthur) Smith; one granddaughter; brother, Owen Bolan Jr.; aunt, Freida (John) Bass; and two cousins, Shaun Morgan and Doug Rabren.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas E. and Ela Mae Rabren.
