Spending time with their families.

That’s the game plan for coaches and their families this weekend as the Coaches Camp gets underway tonight at Blue Lake Camp.

Twenty-four families have registered for the camp, which lasts until Sunday, Opp softball coach Jimmy Reeves said.

The camp will consist of two chapel services per day followed by small huddle groups. Then, there will be a lot of down time for families to be together, Reeves said.

“That’s the main point of the camp — making these guys be still for a little while and pay good attention to their family,” he said.

Activities will take place on the Oakwood side of the camp.

There is still room for any families who are still interested in attending.
