Covington County’s 15-year-old Babe Ruth All-Stars team was announced recently.

The CC team will play in its district tournament on June 27-30 in Kinston. Covington County will then host the state tournament at LBWCC from July 13-17.

The following are the team’s players:

Riley Eiland, Jacob Whatley, Gauge Worley, Zack Folmar, Shane Jones, Lane Sirmon, Barret Bush, Daryl George, Dillon Jordan, Jarron Williams, Reed Adams and Shawn Mitchell.

The manager is Ken Jones. Coaches will be Paul Whatley and Bill Buckelew.
