Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments June 19, 2013:

• Kevin D. Lawrence, 32, for a grand jury indictment for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and held on a $100,000 bond.

• Anthony M. Hines, 49, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Jackie Long, 54, for a grand jury indictment for attempted murder, burglary I and robbery I and held on a $450,000 bond.

• Rachel E. Rice, 31, for 18 counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card, four counts of theft of property II, breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property III and held on a $233,000 bond.

• Travis Rice, 28, for 18 counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card and four counts of theft of property II and held on a $233,000 bond.

• Aphrey Collis, 37, on hold for another agency and held without bond.

• Donna Barfoot, 39, for chemical endangerment of a child and held on a $120,000 bond.

• Steven L. Bullork, 45, for failure to appear and theft of property III. He was held on a $1,468 bond, $500 of which was a cash bond.

• Quanta Williams, 39, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Terrance O. Hassom, 19, for possession of marijuana I and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $2,000 bond.

• Frank Clifford Lacey III, 21, for a grand jury indictment for arson I and held on a $100,000 bond.
