Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police

Departments July 1, 2013:

• Nancy Lawrence, 48, for theft of property III, criminal mischief III and criminal mischief and held on a $1,500 bond.

• Frerick L. Giddens, 38, for failure to appear and placed on hold for another agency. He was held without bond.

• Laqueisha Porter, 20, for three counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and failure to appear and held without bond.

• Darian T. Hamilton, 24, serving 29 days.

• Sheldon A. Wright, 24, on a municipal court order to serve 15 days.

• Andrew D. Coon, 22, on a municipal court order to serve 30 days.

• Timothy W. Capers, 23, on a municipal court order to serve 45 days.
