The following is a list of dates and times for upcoming orientations at schools throughout the county

Andalusia Elementary School: Aug. 15, 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. for all grades. Meet and greet teachers for grades kindergarten through fifth.

Andalusia Middle School: Aug. 13, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. for seventh and eighth graders and 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. for sixth graders.

Andalusia High School: Aug. 13, Class Day: Seniors, 9 a.m.; juniors, 10:30 a.m.; sophomores, 1:30 p.m.; and freshmen at 5 p.m.

Opp Elementary School: Tues., Aug. 13, at 5:30 p.m., for kindergarteners and new students; Thurs., Aug. 15, from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. for the kindergarten through fourth grade “meet and greet.” Students can bring their school supplies at this time.

Opp Middle School: Tues., Aug. 6, from 9 a.m. until noon, and fifth grade through eighth grade may pick up schedules and lockers; and Thurs., Aug. 15, fifth grade and new student orientation.

Opp High School: Aug. 5-9, senior conferences. Call 493-4561 to schedule appointment; on Tues., Aug. 13, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m., juniors may pick up schedules and lockers; 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., sophomores; 1 p.m. until 3 p.m., freshmen, followed by a 6 p.m. orientation.

Fleeta: Aug. 15, 6 p.m. in the gym, for kindergarten through eighth grades. Parents are asked to bring school supplies to classrooms.

Pleasant Home School: TBA

Red Level Elementary School: Pre-k, Aug. 13, 6 p.m.; kindergarten, Aug. 15, 6 p.m.; third grade, TBA

Red Level High School: TBA

Straughn Elementary School: Fri., Aug. 16, between 8 a.m. and noon for all students. Bring school supplies.

Straughn Middle School: TBA

Straughn High School: Ninth graders, Tues., Aug. 6, 6 p.m. in the cafeteria. Seniors may pick up schedules and get parking permits for $5 and locker combinations for $5 on Thurs., Aug. 8, from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. Any student may pick up their schedule after 10 a.m.

W.S. Harlan: Thurs., Aug. 15, for grades 3-6 at 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. and for kindergarten through second grade, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.

Florala High School: Week of Aug. 12-16 with times TBA by grade level.
