Municipal Stadium was awash with yellow ribbons last night during the Andalusia-Straughn game. There were yellow ribbons on the field, yellow ribbons on labels, and on the uniforms of band members. The ribbons were a show of support for Megan Kelley, a senior at Andalusia High School, wgi is currently battling a rare form of cancer called Ewing’s Sarcoma. Kelley will miss the fall semester of her senior year at AHS as she undergoes chemo treatments at UAB. Straughn showed its support with a “We love you, Megan sign,” while another spirit sign in the stadium urged her to “fight like a girl.”
