Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Mon., Sept. 16, 2013:

• Andrew M. Gill, 48, for three counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $9,000 bond.

• Austin T. Sutton, 18, for theft of property III and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Brandon K. Padgett, 18, for theft of property III and held on a $20,000 bond.

• John M. Spooner III, 23, for three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.
