Guilty pleas entered in 39 cases

Guilty pleas were entered in 20 drug cases and 19 property cases in September, according to a press release from the district attorney’s office.

Those entering guilty pleas are listed below, followed by the charges to which they pled, their sentences, and the prosecutor and defense attorney in each case.

• James Beasley, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Entered into Drug Court. Prosecutor Emmett Massey, attorney Corey Bryan.

• Janet Blue, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 12 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Diana Mock.

• James Earl Caine, two counts of breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 154 months. Prosecutor Walt Merrell, attorney Corey Bryan.

• Sarah Lean Carroll, forgery II. Sentenced to 31 months probation. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Deb Smith.

• Lacresia Curry, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. Sentenced to 31 months probation. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Mock.

• Danny Devine, using false identity to obstruct justice. Sentenced to 15 years. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Bart Boothe.

• Levi Tyler Dukes, burglary III. Sentenced to 31 months. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Sonny James.

• David Rondell Elliott, unlawful possession of marijuana I. Sentenced to 10 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Larry Grissett.

• Jonathon Warren Flinn, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 15 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Gypsy Smith.

• John T. Ford, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Entered into Drug Court. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Wesley Laird.

• Thomas Jason Fuller, receiving stolen property II, and sentenced to 46 months; unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and sentenced to 65 months. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Boothe.

• Ashley Rena Garrett, burglary III. Sentenced to 31 months. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Will Carr.

• Ciara Charlene Gaugh, theft of property I. Sentenced to 46 months. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Bill Alverson.

• Donnie Leon Gray, felony DUI. Defendant entered a blind plea. Sentencing date TBD. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Bryan.

• Shannon Lee Harrison, burglary III, and sentenced to five years; burglary III, and sentenced to seven years. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Bryan.

• Amanda Leann Holloway, forgery II. Sentenced to 31 months probation. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Grady Lanier.

• Sean M. Johnson, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Entered into Drug Court. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Bryan.

• Wesley Lance Johnson, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Sentenced to eight years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Chris Sledge.

• Emanuel Cordell Lane, using false identity to obstruct justice. Sentenced to three years probation. Prosecutor Grace Jeter, attorney Diana Mock.

• Justin Thomas LeBlanc, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Entered into Drug Court. Prosecutor Massey, attorney G. Smith.

• Casandra Jean Lee, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 12 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Deb Smith.

• Keir Milton, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 13 years. Prosecutor Jeter, attorney John Peek.

• Lisa Mitchell, unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance II. Sentenced to 10 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Stephanie Cotton.

• Zachary Elias Morgan, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Entered into Drug Court. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Bryan.

• Yaymon Yondelle Reed, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 12 years, suspended for 18 months probation. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Rod Sylvester.

• Rachel Erin Rice, two counts of theft of property II. Sentenced to eight years. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Grissett.

• Travis Dean Rice, two counts of theft of property II. Sentenced to eight years. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney S. James.

• John David Rollins, possession of a short barreled rifle/shotgun. Sentenced to six years, suspended for 18 months probation. Prosecutor Jeter, attorney Bryan.

• Jerolynd Jamaal Smith, theft by fraudulent leasing or rental. Sentenced to two years probation. Prosecutor Jeter, attorney Manish Patel.

• Jamie Stoudemire, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 15 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Boothe.

• Dudley Stoutimire, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 10 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Patel.

• Austin Terrell Tew, unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance II. Sentenced to 15 years. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Grissett.

• Megan Zarski Tew, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 10 years, suspended for 18 months probation. Prosecutor Massey, attorney Lanier.

• Janet Shufford Turner, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Entered into Drug Court. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney D. Smith.

• Jarron Jarod Walker, possession of a forged instrument II. Entered into Drug Court. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Meredith Peters.

• Brandon Marqueze Ward, unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to seven years. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Trey Burgess.

• James Richard Warthen, theft of property I. Sentenced to 115 months. Prosecutor Merrell, attorney Patel.
