JOSEPH DENNY NIXON

Joseph Denny Nixon, the infant son of Jennifer Alexander and Randy Nixon, passed away on Wed., Oct. 2, 2013.

Graveside services will be held 4 p.m., today, Fri., Oct. 4, at Pigeon Creek Cemetery. The eulogy will be given by his father, Randy Nixon. Keahey Funeral Home is in charge of services.

Survivors include his father, Randy Nixon; mother, Jennifer Alexander Nixon; paternal grandmother, Glenda Nixon; brothers, Joel Thomason, Flavil Nixon, John Nixon and Josh Thomason; and sisters, Brandy Beverly, Joshlyn Thomason and Jasmine Nixon, all of Red Level.

CHARLES PADGETT

Charles Padgett, 82, of McKenzie, passed away Wed., Oct. 2, 2013, in the Georgiana hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., today, Fri., Oct. 4, at the Sweet Home Church in McKenzie with Keahey Funeral Home directing. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the services.

Survivors include his wife, Grace Padgett of McKenzie; daughter, Deborah Padgett of Monroeville; stepsons, Don Howell of Mississippi, Randall Howell of Atlanta and Eric Howell of Montgomery; stepdaughters, Regina Siglar of Prattville and Teresa Howell of Andalusia; brother, Chester Padgett of Owasa; and sisters, Janelle Windham and Geraldine Atchison, both of Andalusia.

TERESA TUCKER SANDERS

Teresa Tucker Sanders, 56, of Andalusia, passed away on Tues., Oct. 1, 2013, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., today, Fri., Oct. 4, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Robert Cannant officiating and interment following in Old Bethesda Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Manfred Sanders of Red Level; daughters, Stephanie Kelley (fiancé Don Penton) of Andalusia, Brandy (Tom) Boatwright of Peterman and Dena (Steve) Padgett of Red Level; mother, Voncile Garrett of Andalusia; sister, Tawana (Billy) Harris of Libertyville; brother, Michael Garrett of Pigeon Creek; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Evan Carpenter; son-in-law, Chris Kelley; father, Billy Blackmon; and stepfather, Roger Garrett.

JACKIE CAMPBELL

Jackie Campbell, 61, of Andalusia, passed away on Tues., Oct. 1, 2013, in the Andalusia hospital.

A private memorial service will be held by Keahey Funeral Home.

Survivors include her life partner, Janice Williamson of Andalusia; two daughters, Julie Ann McDuffie Savage of Ohio and Jennifer Lynn McDuffie of Andalusia; sisters, Molly Ryan and Lisa Jewett of Virginia; four stepchildren, William Edward Robertson of Greenville, Jill Suzanne Robinson of Ohio, Carolyn Michelle Thomas of Wyoming and Travis Layne Cater of Andalusia; grandchildren, Shawn Savage, Olivia Savage, Emily Henderson, Halie Henderson and Johnny Henderson; step-grandchildren, Shannon Avery Robinson Wiltshire, Hunter Layne Kelsey, Lyllian Thomas, Isabella Cater and Christopher Cater; and great-grandchildren, William Branson Savage, Travis Savage, Brooklyn Henderson, Maddie Henderson, Lyla Moore and Zander Henderson.

She was preceded in death by her son, Johnny McDuffie Jr.; two brothers, Dempsey Campbell and Breck Campbell; and parents, Levita Williams and Jack Dempsey Yarbough.
