Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Byrd of Andalusia are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Erin, to Garrett Roland, son of Charles and Kim Roland, also of Andalusia.

The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of the late John Sutton and Lora Mae Sutton of Andalusia and John Henry and Betty Gurley of Tifton, Ga.

She is the paternal granddaughter of Jimmy and Delores Byrd of Andalusia.

She is a 2013 graduate of Faulker University and is employed at The Company Dance Center.

The prospective groom is the maternal grandson of Jack and Sue Odom of Andalusia and the great-grandson of James and Mary Phillips, also of Andalusia.

He is the paternal grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Hank Roland of Andalusia.

He is a 2013 graduate of Huntingdon College and is self-employed.

The couple will unite in marriage on Oct. 26, 2013, at 5 p.m., at Carolina Baptist Church.
