• Hunter Lowery, 19, for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Sabin K. Shreve, 23, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Savannah D. Bell, 30, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Brandi N. Nolen, 26, for manufacturing II, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $300,000 bond.

• Amanda M. Millheim, 30, for manufacturing II, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $300,000 bond.

• Cassandra J. Lee, 31, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Sam Watson, 27, on hold for another agency and held on a $477 cash bond.

• Charles R. Stokes, 26, for manufacturing II, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $300,000 bond.

• Letteron D. Brannon, 37, for bond revocation and held without bond.
