Romaine Teate Tadlock, 80, of Andalusia, passed away on Sun., Dec. 8, 2013, in Pensacola, Fla.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Thur., Dec. 12, at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Dr. Fred Karthaus officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. The family will meet with friends at the cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Tadlock of Andalusia; her daughter, Tamela Tadlock of Pace, Fla.; daughter-in-law, Lisa Kirk Tadlock of Land O’Lakes, Fla.; four grandchildren, Tyler Tadlock, Bradford Ellis, Brianne Viveiros and John David Viveiros; and her brother, William Cylvester Teate of Houston.

BETTY JO SHORT HOLLINGSWORTH

Betty Jo Short Hollingsworth, 65, of Opp, passed away on Tue., Dec. 10, 2013.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Fri., Dec. 13, at Bethel Cemetery with the Rev. Brent Cook officiating.

Survivors include her two sons, Kevin (Joy) Owens of Opp and Brian (Misty) Hollingsworth of Georgia; one brother; Ronnie Short of Mississippi; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie and Frances Short; a son, Brandy Owens; and a brother, Tommy “Hank” Short.
